Hello, Great review. Do you know any plug in transformer that works with eufy C31. I don’t have existing door bell wiring at my house. So, I was wondering if plug in transformer will work.
Does it come with sd card ?
Me and 2 of my relatives have this door bell for about 3 years. Initially it works just fine. After Eufy upgraded to their new AI software, all 3 has gone to crap. It tag my mailbox or neighbor’s car tire as human constantly and it miss delivery guys that drop package at the door right in front of the camera. I complain to Eufy. Their reply was to adjust the camera sensitivity or target area. I adjusted it many time and it still behave like crap. Their flood light camera behave the same. My niece and friend has the Nest door bell camera and it works just fine. We’ll be switching over to Nest door bell. Stay away from Eufy, their AI software is crap.
Theres one aspect I was looking for that this review doesn’t seem to cover maybe Its a feature of a different product, but when someone rings the doorbell I expected a call to the phone almost like a regular phone call. I wanted to see if it would say the name of the person ringing the doorbell on that screen.
the AI misidentifies my wife as me, so often its ridiculous. And it doesn’t allow to correct it to me, just to “human”.
