Any reason to not recommend the Sony? I’m from India and the XB100 is great value for the price here.
Do you think that monster makes good speakers specifically the S230
Do they make stupid ding dong ding dong sounds when you connect it and does it stay on longer than 10 minutes if you say, read comments or something for 10 minutes do you get screwed by the auto shut off?
Excellent job. Just bought two Bose Soundflex Gen 2, and based on your review, they would have been my choice if I hadn’t purchased yet (30% off at Amazon). My RV isn’t wired for enough power to run any coaxial speakers; the sound is what you expect without subwoofer or tweeter, and would cost major $$ to upgrade. The Bose not only sound great, but has a microphone for hands free phone calls. That you said the most comparable speaker, the JBL had slightly increased base over the Bose, is what would have been the deal breaker for me. I don’t appreciate much base, and my phone’s EQ tames it on the Bose. Following now.
Tribit seems to have some well reviewed models. Might be worth it to do a comparison against some of the similar options to see if the hype is warranted.
