I have two pair of these, everything about them are great except 1 major flaw, the calls, the first pair started screwing up after about a year , i thought it was a fluke, then the second pair started doing the same thing after a few months, i use these for work as i take and make a ton of calls and the mic on both have failed, super bummed.
I got the gen 1 version at a £100 discount. After reading people’s complaints re sound / comfort / control sensitivity / disconnections I was prepared to be disappointed but the bass levels got me sold.
Been wearing them in work and to watch TV all week and I’ve got to say, I am extremely satisfied with everything I’ve experienced thus far.
I’ve spent alot of money on over ear headphones / DACS for my pc( not gaming sets) in the pursuit of quality sound for listening to music and nothing has quite measured up to expectations at the price point I’ve paid but these little gems, whilst perhaps not quite up their in the same sound department have absolutely blown me away. For what they are and the freedom they give you, I couldn’t have hoped for more.
Best £200 I’ve spent in a looong time.
Way too bassy? I’m assuming you don’t go to parties with too much bass
Bose seems to be selling them refurbished for $169 really looking nice right now.
